Sonesta St George Luxor?
Has anyone stayed at Sonesta? I am going in October,not booked it cant seem to get right date etc,its so expensive,but I only wont to stay there as think they have belly dancing,singing entertainment,does anyone no if they have it on a few nights at least,if just once a week,I may as well find a cheaper hotel,like the philipe,or st josephs,but they don’t have anything on there for entertainment or not much.I am going on my own,and I wouldn’t go out alone,just stay in hotel,less found friends there,but most people are in couples etc,so wont to find hotel with egyptian entertainment.What about Taba anyone know if hotels there with egyptian entertainment.Travel agent said Palace was best,but its too expensive for me,but she said Luxor is the best place for seeing belly dancers and arabic singing,I thought maybe Cairo would,but she said no,Luxor.Anyone know please?
i suggest that you stay at a convenient hotel and go out in the evening to a place where they have entertainment .
dont be self concious for being on your own, you will find others like you.
it is safe to take a taxi from one hotel to the other .
to feel safer , you can leave the number of the taxi’s licence plate at the reception of your hotel.
